Season Greetings From Totley

On Sunday morning Totley runners ventured out into the Peak District for a colourful Christmas hats run. Caryl hosted a festive get together afterwards to replenish the calories burnt on the trails around Eyam.

There still lots of festive fun ahead for Totley runners.

On Tuesday, 19th there’s the fabulous Christmas lights run from Hammer and Pincers at 6.30pm. There’s chance for a tipple afterwards.

The Improvers Session on Thursday, 21st December at 6.30pm will be followed by mince pies and mulled hosted by Kev and Anna.

On Christmas Eve Mark Buskwood is leading the Packhorse Run at Little Longstone (DE45 1NN). Starting at 9am, the run is ~20 miles but a shorter run also possible. There will be food and drinks in the pub afterwards.

Boxing Day we have the Turtle Doves Fell Race from the Totley Pavillion. There’s opportunity to race or volunteer. It’s a great way to get some fresh air after Christmas Day.

On Thursday, 28th December the normal Thursday head torch run will take place from the Totley Pavillion followed by Alex inviting runners back for refreshments.

We’d love to see you over the festive season.
