Spring and Summer
Tuesdays and Thursdays: Totley AC Pavillion & The Peak District
Tuesday runs are off-road. Every Thursday there is a road improvers option, suitable for all paces and a sociable paced away Fell run, usually in the Peak District. See the calendar for full details.
Autumn and winter
Road and off-road options. High-vis clothing is needed for road options & a headtorch is needed for the off road options See the calendar for full details.Sunday – 9 am

Thursdays
Various locations mostly in the Peak District. See the calendar for full details. Sociable pace with a pub visit afterwards. Please bring a head torch during the autumn and winter months, spare batteries (if possible), a spare warm layer, waterproofs, hat/buff/ and glovesEvening Runs

Starting at 9 AM, these runs are held in one group at a gentle pace.Support
The Millhouses Beginners Run Group is lead by members of Totley AC. They meet on Thursday mornings for 60mins. They have a Facebook Group
You do not have to join immediately you start running with Totley. Obviously, you need to try us out for a couple of training sessions and see how you get on.
Membership
However, if you like running with Totley and wish to continue, then you must join the club. The cost is £15.00 per year and family membership is £20.00. You can find out more details and how to join on our join us page
When we run from the Cricket Inn, there are toilets available in the club hut. Most of the winter runs start from away locations, where there are no facilities unless you want to stop at the pub afterwards (we tend to meet close to a pub).
Bring a dry top to change in to after the run and it is also a good idea to carry a windproof top in case it turns cold or you get injured.
Winter road
All runners must wear a reflective top for road runs in the dark.Winter Fells
All runners will need a head torch for fell runs in the dark. We also recommend a small bag to carry a buff, water proof and gloves.

There is always an off-road group taking in the fantastic views. The Thursday road improvers group also continues through the summer.Weekend
