Thursday beginners group usually run by Yvonne Twelvetree. Meet at 9.30am and run for ~90 mins

1 group covering about 10KM off road at a steady pace. Head Torches required.

2-3 groups offering a range of paces that cover 5-10 miles on the roads from The Hammer & Pincers pub

Winter venue - Woodbourn Rd Track, Stadium Way S9 3HL

6:30pm - ready to start a warm-up/drills

Directions - Two parking areas, one off Selborne Street and one off Stadium Way. Last winter the Stadium Way parking was closed, so we parked at the Selborne Street end. Once you've parked, go to the kiosk next to the track by the Selborne Street entrance and pay your entry (£5). We meet at the opposite side of the track, by the 200m start point.
