The limit of 200 entrants has been reached but a small number of entries will still be accepted to cover non-starters. There will be NO entries on the day. Registration is at Marsden Sports Hall. Fall Lane , Marsden. HD7 6DB Registration opens 7.30am at closes at 8.30am Sharp. Do not be late NOTE Gates will be locked after start so don't park at the Sports Hall THERE WILL BE A FULL KIT CHECK BEFORE YOU PICK UP YOUR RACE NUMBER Route info After crossing Black hill (Soldiers Lump) you must follow the Pennine Way approximately 150m to where the paving slabs finish by a small obvious cairn. From there you can take any route. This has been asked for by the Landowners to protect a newly seeded area which we would have had to cross. Rollick stones is still out of bounds. |

Ribble Valley 10k
Sunday 28th December
Venue: Clitheroe
Start: 11:00am
This year we have worked with Ribble Valley Borough Council, their safety officers and Lancashire Police in organising the race so that it is traffic free,
which means that the runners will be racing in a much safer environment, and will also allow more runners to enter.
Entry can be by post with cheques made out to 'Blackburn Harriers' and
sent to:

enclose a S.A.E. For race number & map (otherwise collect on the day)
On line entry is available also at www.ukresults.net with numbers being collected on the day.

The fancy hat run will take place at 9.30 on the 14th December at Hathersage. It will be followed after the run by lunch in the pool cafe, all as in the last two years.
The cafe is now fully booked for the post run lunch, but all are welcome to join the run and you could still stand a chance of winning the fancy hat competition!
