Terrain
During the winter we mainly run on the road, with a small group choosing too go off road with head torches. There is also usually a speed/hill session on a Thursday. During the Summer, there is always an off-road group taking in the fantastic views. Sunday morning runs are always off road in the Peaks all year round.

Bring a dry top to change in to after the run and it is also a good idea to carry a windproof top in case it turns cold or you get injured. During the winter months, all runners must wear a reflective top
