TOTLEY ATHLETICS CLUB MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
Please read and complete this application form carefully and use BLOCK LETTERS. The committee will consider your application as soon as possible and you will then be given a membership number. In the very unlikely case that your application is refused your money will be returned.
Accordingly a copy of the club’s Constitution Rules will be sent. The annual subscription is due in January each year and for seniors it is £10.00 and £15.00 for family membership.
TOTLEY ATHLETIC CLUB is affiliated to the Amateur Athletic Association/Women’s Athletic Association and is also an Associate Member of Totley Sports and Social Club.
